About Alison

Alison Forbes is a Professional Real Estate Advisor who specializes in corporate/international relocation and residential sales. Alison comes to real estate with over 20 years of professional experience in business, sales, and marketing. Alison is supported by a full team of marketing and real estate professionals with decades of knowledge and billions of dollars in transactional experience. After living abroad for over 14 years, Alison has experienced relocating, firsthand, and is fully aware of its challenges. She is passionate about helping her clients every step of the way in an effort to alleviate stress surrounding such transactions.

Alison hails from Georgia, having studied vocal performance at Brewton Parker College and Business & Marketing while at Valencia College and Liberty University. She is well traveled and has lived in a variety of international cities after marrying her husband in 1995, who has served as a defense contractor alongside the RAF, the HAF and US Armed Forces. Alison has accompanied him to countries, such as England, Greece and Germany, resulting in over 20 moves. While living in Germany, she would liaise with local Estate Agents to help expatriates obtain homes and become more familiar with local customs, in addition to managing her household during her husband’s three separate deployments to Afghanistan.

Prior to moving to Germany, Alison worked for the Trammell Crow Company in their industrial, office and retail sales, property management, and leasing divisions. From townhomes to luxury properties, she has the knowledge to help you make the right move. Alison has assisted in the sale of millions in real estate while at a national show home organization prior to joining Stockworth. She beautifully staged luxury homes for potential buyers and has developed a keen eye for finding the perfect fix and flip homes for local investors.

Through her experiences with a variety of military personnel, Alison developed a kinship for the Military Family. This inspired her to obtain her Military Relocation Professional designation issued by the National Association of Realtors.

Relationships matter, and it is Alison’s mission to provide the best service imaginable. Every home has a unique story and she is determined to discover it while utilizing the most innovative strategy to market your home in the quickest and most profitable way. Her interests include baking, decorating, entertaining, photography, and tennis, along with an appreciation for fine arts, music and theatre. She is extremely involved in the community, participating in a variety of charitable and civic organizations including the Second Harvest Food Bank, International Women’s Group (IWG), and Young Professionals Network (YPN), just to name a few.

In her spare time, you will most likely find Alison cheering on her kids from the sidelines of a multitude of sporting events, shopping at a local farmers market or enjoying time with her family.
